How is this training usually structured?

Virtual classroom trainings are delivered in four, six or eight-hour sessions of live lectures and lab time, with scheduled breaks throughout the session. Instructors will provide an overview when breaks and lunchtimes will take place during each day of training.

Three days prior to the start of your class, you will receive an email with important information about your course, including instructions for downloading materials and testing your connections. It is imperative that you take the time to go through these steps at least one day prior to the course.

**Important** 

We require all participants to have their laptops ready with a reliable Internet connection. Mac, Linux OS, or Windows 7 or later are the only supported operating systems. The only supported browsers are the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox. No other browsers (such as Safari or Edge) are supported, and should not be used for virtual classes.
